**Extreme Cold.** The storm projects [[Extreme Cold]].
**Obscuration.** Due to the howling wind and dense blue-white ice particles, the area in the storm is [[Heavily Obscured]].
**Immunity.** Creatures that are [[Immunity|Immune]] to Cold damage can see normally within it.
## Strong Wind
**Strong Wind.** Ranged Attack Rolls with weapons have [[Disadvantage]] and exposed flames in the area are doused.
**Difficult Terrain & Flying Creature.** The area in the air is considered [[Difficult Terrain]], and a flying creature in the area must land at the end of its turn or fall.
**Speed.** Typically a Strong Wind moves at 20 miles per hour, or 30 feet per round.
## Howling Wind
**Deafening.** The winds can reach incredible pitch and volume, making it impossible to hear. Creatures in the [[Blizzard]] have the [[Deafened]] condition.
**Communication.** A creature that wants to communicate with another creature in a Blizzard must take the [[Influence]] Action on their turn or use a [[Reaction]] to make a DC 15 Athletics (CON) Check to shout at the creature.
