You gain the following benefits: **Ability Score Increase.** Increase one ability score of your choice by 1, to a maximum of 30. **Fortified Health.** Your [[HP]] maximum increases by 40. In addition, whenever you regain [[HP]], you can regain additional [[HP]] equal to your CON modifier. Once you've regained these additional [[HP]], you can't do so again until the start of your next turn.
