> **Type:** Origin > **Prerequisite:** None You gain the following benefits: **Cold Aegis.** If you take Cold damage, you can take a [[Reaction]] to give yourself [[Fore Lindrov/2. Mechanics/Core/Resistance|Resistance]] to Cold damage until the end of your next turn. You can use this [[Reaction]] a number of times equal to your [[Proficiency Bonus Table|Proficiency Bonus]], and you regain all expended uses when you finish a [[Long Rest]]. **Winter Magic.** You learn the [[Ray of Frost]] cantrip. Choose either the [[Armor of Agathys]] or [[Ice Knife]] spell. You always have that spell prepared, and you can cast the spell without expending a spell slot. Once you cast the spell in this way, you can't cast it in this way again until you finish a [[Long Rest]]. You can also cast the spell using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. The spell's spellcasting ability is INT, WIS, or CHA (you choose when you select this feat).
